About the Founder

Myriah Farrell is an accomplished human resources and talent development executive. Her extensive background in human resource strategy allows her to create innovative roadmaps and effective organizational designs for our clients that ensure business growth via mergers and acquisitions, transformational change, expansion, and succession. She has developed and delivered world-class talent development programs, including program creation, facilitation, global team development, and executive coaching. Myriah has led mergers and acquisitions, led organizational design and change management for acquisitions as well as organizational restructure and integration. She has extensive communication experience and is able to work backwards from major changes to ensure a smooth transition for associates. In addition, Myriah has incredible process and programming experience. She is a natural problem solver with a wide range of tools to utilize.
As an executive coach and organizational development consultant, Myriah continues to build upon the human resources strategy and organizational development experience she gained from her corporate roles at Target, Marcus Corporation (Hilton), Milliken and Company/Encapsys, Cypress Performance Group, and US Venture to provide her clients with superior insights, strategies, and tools for individual and organizational growth. As a coach, she offers fairness, clear communication, and an enthusiastic focus upon what is possible. As a consultant, she provides her clients with the grace and courage necessary to navigate difficult situations and craft strategies that positively impact both people and revenue.
Myriah holds an MBA with a focus on Finance & Accounting and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Training & Development. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), and she is certified in executive development assessments such as MBTI, DISC suite of assessments, and the Hogan suite of assessments. Myriah is a lifelong learner, has a passion for cultural behavioral research, and is deeply committed to community involvement having served as a board member for various organizations.
